On Top Of The World - Ocala – A large community of 32,000 homes with a town square, 3 golf courses and 3 clubhouses. There are over 200 social clubs and adult education facilities. Priced from the mid $100’s.

Solivita - Poinciana – There are 6000 homes planned for the 4300 acres. Tuscan themed community that boasts two 18-hole championship golf courses. Both duplexes and single family homes priced from the low $100’s.

Spruce Creek Country Club - Summerfield – A golf course community of 3200 single family homes by Del Webb. Located minutes south of Ocala, convenient to I-75 and the Florida Turnpike and just 1 hour from Orlando. Homes priced from the Mid 100’s to the Low 500’s.

Stone Creek - Ocala – A gated community of 4,000 homes by Del Webb. Features an 18-hole championship golf course designed by Terry Doss. The community consists of both single family homes and duplexes. Ranging from 1,500 to 2,500 square feet and priced from the upper $100’s to the mid $300’s.

The Villages - Manufactured Homes, Single Family Homes, Townhomes & Villas ranging in price from the $70’s to over $1.5 million. This is the largest age restricted active adult community in the world and by far the most popular of the Central Florida Retirement Communities. It spans three counties, two zip codes and over 20,000 acres. The entire community is connected by nearly 100 miles of golf cart accessible trails.

Cross Creek at Summertree - New Port Richey - a secure, gated, maintenance-free community catering to those 55 and up. Homes are Priced from the upper $100's including homesite. Amenities include a 9-hole executive golf course, tennis, boccie ball, billiards, shuffleboard, a swimming pool, health club and more.

Sun City Center - (just south of Tampa) – Located near the Bay and the Gulf of Mexico, the community consists of over 12,000 homes and 8 different golf courses. Residents can enjoy Golf, tennis, clubs, softball, swimming, fitness exercises, dozens of crafts, cards, dancing and a chance to read and study at the library. Priced from $50,000 to $800,000.

Valencia Lakes - Wimauma – Duplex and single family homes with 19 different floor plans to choose from. Located 30 miles south of Tampa the community offers over 50 social clubs and classes from tennis and dance lessons to stained glass.

Heritage Isle -Viera – Located near Melbourne, this is a 478-acre active adult community of Condominiums, Single Family Homes, Villas and Duplexes ranging in price from $135,000 to $400,000.
